钛离子注入对铅和铅锑合金腐蚀行为影响的研究(Ⅱ)

摘    要:应用钛离子注入可增强铅和铅锑合金在蓄电池用硫酸中的抗腐蚀能力.本文利用阶跃电位法测定腐蚀电流.用电子显微镜观察表面腐蚀形貌.讨论了钛离子注入剂量对腐蚀行为的影响.研究结果表明,为了获得较好的防腐蚀效果,注入钛离子的剂量应该控制在适当值,使之既可形成有效的防腐保护层,又不会发生明显的偏析而形成微电池或降低氢析出反应的过电位导致腐蚀加速.

Abstract:Corrosion resistances of lead and lead-4%antimony alloy in 5mol/L H2SO4 were enhanced with titanium ion implantation. Corrosion currents were determined with potential step method and surface corrosion morphologies were observed with SEM. Effect of titanium dosage implanted on the corrosion behaviors was discussed. To protect the materials against corrosion, it was proper to control the dosage to be some certain values for forming effective protective layer and no segregation of titanium, no formation of microcell on the surface. Otherwise, overpotential of hydrogen was decreased and the corrosion was speeded up.
