多股流板翅式换热器的优化设计

摘    要:研究了多股流板翅式换热器最优设计的问题,建立了以传热面积为目标函数的优化模型,该模型考虑了局部热负荷平衡的问题,同时针对多股流板翅式换热器的优化设计,对有关相平衡模型,传热模型等进行了分析。实例优化计算结果表明,优化设计可使多股流板翅式换热器在满足给定的约束条件下,节约大量的传热面积。优化模型具有概念明确、方法简单的特点。

Abstract:Optimum design of multistream plate-fin heat exchanger was studied.A new model of optimum design with the heat transfer area as optimum objective function was developed,which considered the effect of local heat load equilibrium and heat leaked from surroundings.At the same time,phase equilibrium and models of heat transfer were analyzed for the optimum design of multistream plate-fin heat exchangers.The results obtained from the optimum calculation show that the heat transfer area is reduced obviously under the given constraint conditions.The new model had the characteristics of clear conception and simplicity.
