基于PLC挤压胀形机控制系统设计

摘    要:为了实现波形弹性管的自动化加工,介绍了挤压胀形机加工波形弹性管的成形工艺、工作原理、液压控制系统和PLC控制系统,重点论述了可编程控制器控制程序的设计,给出了相应程序的顺序功能图及外部接线图。实际生产表明,通过机、电、液联动控制,该系统操作维护方便,运行稳定可靠,取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:In order to realize the automatic processing of ripple-shaped elastic tubes(RSET),this paper introduces the forming technology,working principles,hydraulic control system and PLC control system of RSET processing by extruding and expanding machine.It focuses its discussion on the program design of programmable logic controller,and provides the sequential function chart and outside wiring diagram of the control program.Actual production indicates that the system is convenient for operation and maintenance,and runs steadily and reliably by the combination of mechanical,electrical and hydraulic apparatus.Besides,its economic benefits are remarkable.
