摘 要: | 本文研究了纳米粒子对RPVC的增韧增强效果及纳米粒子和CPE的协同改性效果。实验结果表明。采用自制的纳米ACR对RPVC的增强增韧效果是显著的。且在其与CPE的复合改性体系中。纳米粒子与CPE产生了协同效应。通过扫描电镜显示。在此复合改性体系中。出现了拉丝及网化结构。使低温韧性大幅度提高。

Abstract: | In this paper, the effects of reinforcing and toughening of rigid nano-particle on RPVC and the synergistic effect of nanoparticle with CPE were studied. The results have indicated that the effect of reinforcing and toughening of nano-ACR particle prepared by our research group was remarkable. The using of nano-particle with CPE can reach the synergistic effect and in this system, the "large-fiber-drawing" and network structure appeared indicated by SEM. |
