新型增压式柴油机共轨喷油系统的研究

摘    要:本文针对蓄压式共轨喷油系统的不足,对其喷油器结构进行改进。在此基础上研发的新型增压共轨喷油系统,实现了预喷和理想的喷油规律。对新型增压式共轨喷油系统进行了模拟计算,通过实验证明了模拟计算的准确性,并得到了若干有意义的认识。新型的共轨喷油系统能更好的满足新型发动机的要求。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the deficiencies of accumulator type common - rail injection system. By improving the injector structure, the new - style of hydraulically intensified common - rail injection system realizes pilot injection and ideal injection rate model. After establishing the calculation model and through the numeral simulations, the injection characteristics of the common -rail injection system have been investigated. The experiment investigations prove that the numeral simulations are accurate. The new type of hydraulically intensified common- rail injection svstem can satisfv the requirements of future engines.
