摘    要:为了给企业在实施绿色制造过程中面临的风险评估提供参考,从可行的技术、管理和组织措施方面探讨了绿色制造实施全过程的风险种类。提出了基于风险矩阵和模糊集理论的绿色制造实施风险评估方法,将模糊集理论用于确定风险矩阵的两个关键变量,即风险影响等级和风险概率。最后,以某机床制造企业绿色制造实施中的风险评估为例,验证了上述评估方法的可行性和实践性。
