| 摘 要： | 介绍了国内外氯碱精细化工的发展状况，探讨了发展氯碱精细化工的方式：高度重视原料基础和技术条件，重视环境保护，以技术开发为基础，搞好应用开发和市场开发。指出我国氯碱精细化工市场潜力巨大，氯碱企业又具有发展精细化工的优势条件，应该考虑立足国内市场，面向国际市场，大力发展精细化工，开发有自己特色的产品、技术。

| Abstract: | The development status of chlor-alkali fine chemical industry at home and abroad is introduced.How to develop chlor-alkali fine chemical industry is discussed,which involves paying attention to raw materials ,techniques and environmental protection, doing the development of application and market well based on the development of techniques.This paper indicates that the chlor-alkali fine chemical industry will have great potential in domestic market and domestic chlor-alkali enterprises have the advantages of developing chlor-alkali fine chemical industry, so domestic chlor-alkali enterprises should consider to devote major efforts to developing fine chemical industry to develop products and techniques with characteristics of ones own on the basis of domestic market and international market. |
