中高铬铁素体不锈钢表面辊痕形成机理及控制

摘    要:总结了前人在铁素体不锈钢热轧黏结方面的研究工作和宝钢试制439不锈钢的实践.指出中高铬铁素体不锈钢高温强度低、抗氧化性能好是容易形成热轧黏结的主要原因.通过适当调整入口温度、轧制速度、压下率、润滑工艺等主要工艺参数,采用高速钢轧辊并保持良好的辊面质量,可显著改善热轧黏结,从而避免表面辊痕.

Abstract:The previous research work on the sticking of ferritic stainless steel during hot rolling process and the development of 439 stainless steel by Baosteel researchers were reviewed in this paper.It was pointed out that ferritic stainless steel's lower high-temperature strength and higher oxide resistance were the two main reasons for the hot rolling sticking.Through adjusting its main process parameters,such as entrance temperature,rolling speed,reduction rate and lubrication,using high speed steel rolls and ...
