| 摘 要： | 采用扫描金相-微区成分分析，拉伸力学性能测试和X射线衍射生物相分析方法对HSn70-1AB管服役前后和不同服役条件下管内壁的腐蚀特性进行了观察和分析。结果表明：HSn70-1AB管服役前后的组织性能符合国家标准GB／T8890—1998的要求；新管镀膜后使用18个月之后内壁出现相对较厚的不均匀疏松沉积层，且沉积层中发现含量较高的CuS和CuCl2，说明循环冷却水中硫元素和氯元素参与了腐蚀过程。去除沉积层后，管内壁产生了腐蚀现象。

| Abstract: | The corrosion characteristics of the inner wall of HSn70- 1AB condenser tubes under differem working conditions were studied by using metallogmphy - energy spectnlm, tensile test and XRD analysis method. The results show the structure and propexiles of HSn70 - 1AB tubes accord with National Standard GB/T8890 - 1998. Thicker nonuniform loosen deposited layer can be found on inside wall of new plated tubes when used after 18 months,and CuS and CuCl2 with higher content are also found in the deposited layer,which show that sulfur and chlorine elements participate in the corrosion process. |
