| 摘 要： | 近几年我国以BOT模式建成并运行的污水处理厂越来越多，而BOT模式建设的污水处理厂与普通模式建设的污水处理厂有较大差别。本文通过对改良型A^2／O工艺污水处理厂运行数据的分析，认为投资商应从工艺选择、设备选用、污泥处理与处置方法选择等方面进行优化控制，节能降耗，使运营费用最佳化。

| Abstract: | More and more wastewater treatment plants have been built up in our country according to BOT pattern. By analysing the operation recordings of wastewater treatment plants of improving A^2/O process, we find that the plants constructed by BOT pattern are very different from that of normal patterns in energy saving strategies. Therefore, investors should pay more attention on optimizing control and energy saving methods from various points, such as chosing technologies and equipments reasonablely, choices of sludge treatment and disposition process. |
