峡江水利枢纽工程浅淹没区抬田工程成本收益分析

近年来全国水灾旱灾频繁造成国家社会经济损失惨重，现行的水利工程已无法满足社会经济发展的需求，而新建水利工程将增加土地需求量。本文通过峡江水利枢纽工程采取的大规模抬田工程的成本收益分析，认为抬田工程收益大干成本，有利于缓解土地紧缺矛盾，提高工程效益。

Cost-benefit Analysis of Taitian Project in Shallow Flooded Area of Xiajiang Water Conservancy Project

nation.de droughts and floods lead to severe national socio-economic losses in recent years. Existing water conservancy projects have been unable to meet the needs of social and economic development, while demand for land will be increased for newly constructing water conservancy project. It is believed that Taitian project has higher benefit than cost thereof by cost-benefit analysis of large-scale Taitian Project adopted in Xiajiang water conservancy project in the paper. Taitian project is beneficial for alleviating land shortage conflicts and improving project effectiveness.
