原位红外法研究电纺聚酰胺酸亚胺化过程

摘    要:以均苯二酐和二苯醚二胺为原料合成聚酰胺酸(PAA)纺丝原液,通过静电纺丝法制备聚酰胺酸无纺布,利用原位红外技术研究聚酰胺酸无纺布亚胺化动力学过程,得出最优条件。结果表明,加热升温速率对亚胺化程度有重要的影响,升温速率为10℃/rain时,薄膜无法完全亚胺化;升温速率为2℃/rain时,可以实现100%亚胺化;采用快速一慢速的升温方法可以实现最优亚胺化效率。

In Situ FTIR Study of the Imidization of Electrospun PAA

Abstract:Polyamie acid (PAA) based on 4,4-oxydianiline (ODA) and pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA) can be electrospun into PAA nonwovens. Imidization conditions were optimized using in situ Fourier transform spectroscopy (FT- IR). The result shows that heating rate intensively affects the imidization degree. Films can not be fully imidized at a high heating rate of 10 ~C/min. And 100% imidization degree could be achieved at lower heating rate of 2 ~C/min. Moreover, a new method of fast-slow heating rate was envisaged to realize the optimal imidization efficiency of the PAA nonwovens.
