一方水土,一片森林--万达.西双版纳国际旅游度假区

该项目分为洋房区和别墅区两大部分，围绕着中间的峡谷湿地公园呈带状分布。洋房区主要根据傣族人民对大自然的热爱与依赖之情，选用具有当地特色的农作物作为载体，以五谷丰登为主题进行景观设计。“两轴一环五景点”的景观结构形成了洋房区的景观游览路线。其中，峡谷湿地公园是小区景观独有的外部资源，设计师尽可能将小区景观节点的设计与其结合在一起，最大程度地使公园与洋房区的边界相互渗透与融合。

The soil and water and the Forest Wanda

The project is divided into garden house area and villa area, presenting a zonal distribution surrounding the canyon wetland park in the center. Based on the dependence and love of Dai people on nature, the garden house area adopts the local corps as its carrier and sets ＂a bumper grain harvest＂ as its theme to implement landscape design. ＂Two axes, one circle and five scenery points＂ landscape structure constitutes the landscape tour route of the garden house area. The landscape joints in the community is combined with the canyon wetland park, the particular external resource, as much as possible, making the park and the house permeate and integrate with each other. The two axes of the two entrances right point to the canyon wetland park and introduce the park landscape into the community. The designers set landscape platforms in the corresponding place adjacent to the loop and canyon and set an entrance separately enhancing the link and inter-communication between the park and the community. The designers purposely add a set of courtyards while constructing the layout of the architecture and elaborate the courtyard with different kinds of landscape characteristic, like forming a featured courtyard spaces differentiated by different kinds of flowers and trees and choose some featured landscapes with local culture to adorn among them based on the cultural background of the site, which showing the extremely resort-leisure exotic style contained in the project vividly.
