临沂河东区葛沟水电站改造工程经济评价探析

本文针对临沂河东区葛沟水电站存在的设备老旧、技术落后、效益低下等问题，分析了电站增效改造的需求与项目改造要点。依据农村水电扩容政策与电站现状，讨论了改造项目预算与工程实施的内容。并从成本、利润、效益与投资回报期的角度评价了该项目的经济性。

Economic Evaluation Analysis of Linyi Hedong District Gegou Hydropower Station Reconstruction Project

Demand of hydropower station efficiency increase reconstruction and project reconstruction focus are analyzed in this paper, aiming at problems of Linyi Hedong District Hydropower Station, including old equipment, backward technology, low efficiency, etc. The contents of reconstruction project budget and project implementation are discussed according to rural hydropower capacity expansion policy and hydropower station status. The economic feature of the project is evaluated from the aspects of cost, profit, efficiency and investment return period.
