浅谈观音阁水库输水工程建设的重要意义

本溪市是以钢铁、化学、建材和中草药材产业为主的综合性工业城市，本溪钢铁集团、本溪北营钢铁集团是国内冶金工业的龙头企业。本钢、北台及新城企业用水主要来自本钢自备水源、北台公司自备水源及本溪新城自备水源，而城市市政水源仅老官水源一处，这种供水格局，导致现状供水不能满足城市供水安全要求，本溪市城市供水存在巨大风险隐患，因此，建设观音阁输水工程意义十分重大。

On Significance of Constructing Conveyance Guanyinge Reservoir Water Project

Benxi is an integrated industrial city based on iron and steel, chemicals, building materials and herbal industry. Benxi Iron and Steel Group as well as Benxi Beiying Iron and Steel Group are national leading enterprises in metallurgical industry. Water for Benxi Iron and Steel Group, Beitai and Enterprises in Xincheng is mainly supplied by own water source of Benxi Iron and Steel Group, own water source of Beitai Company and own water source of Benxi Xineheng, and there is only one municipal water source in Laoguan. The status quo water supply can not meet the city water safety requirements due to the water supply pattern. There is huge potential risk in urban water supply of Benxi, therefore, it is significant to construct Guanyinge water conveyance project.
