| 摘 要： | 结合雷暴预警的重要意义，针对国内雷电短时监测预警现状，通过统计雷电发生的各要素并建立数据库，尝试寻找一种更为有效和实用的雷灾预警方法，并确定雷暴高发区，以期指导雷电防护工作。

| Abstract: | By combining with the importance significance of the warning of thundering and lightning, the paper aiming at the current situation for the temporary supervision and alarm system for the thundering and lightning in China, establishes the respective database with all the factors by statistics of thundering and lightning, tries to find the effective and practical alarming methods of the thundering and lightning and ensure the frequent areas of the thundering and lightning, so as to direct the thundering and lightning protection. |
