摘    要:本文论述了前进式开采泵送高水速凝材料沿空留巷技术在淮北杨庄矿的工业性能试验情况,根据高水速凝材料的性能和具体的地质,生产技术条件计算出合理的巷旁支护参数,设计了泵送高水速凝材料进行了巷旁充填的新工艺系统;针对前进式开采的特殊条件选取了有效的巷旁充填临时支护方案,并对这项新技术工业试验所取得的技术经济效果作了分析和评价。

Abstract:In this paper,the commercial test of transporting the pumped high-water quick-hardening material through the empty retained drift in advance mining in Yangzhuang Mine of Huaibei Mining Admin istration is described. Based on the properties of high-water quick-hardening material and concrete geologic-productive technical conditions, the rational driftside supporting are calculated; a new technological system of driftside back filling the pumped high-water quick-hardening material is suggested; based on the special conditions of advance mining the effective temporary driftside supporting system in driftside backilling is chosen;and economic effectiveness gotten from the commercial test of the new technology is analysed and evaluated.
