空心颗粒连铸保护渣的研制与应用

摘    要:通过对意大利BXAT渣的全面解剖及一系列实验室试验,结合攀钢连铸机条件和工艺参数,设计了PXB-1空心颗粒渣的成分及性能并用于浇钢试验,结果表明此渣适合攀钢管普碳钢连铸条件,估于国内渣。

Abstract:Chemical composition and physical properties of PXB-1 hollow granulated continuous casting powder are designed by analysis of BXAT casting powder of Italy in detail and by means of a series of laboratory research,also with reference to the continuous caster conditions and process parameters of Panzhihua Iorn & Steel Company(PZHISC).The application experiment was carried out in PZHISC continuous caster. The results show that the mold powder is available to PZHISC continuous caster conditions,and better than other casting powder at home.
