性能设计中设防标准与设计参数的确定

摘    要:传统的抗震设防标准不能有效地控制结构的的破坏和经济损失。提出在基于性能的抗震设计理论中,应该以某些地震动参数作为抗震设防的依据;而且将地震设防等级分为常遇地震、偶遇地震、罕遇地震和稀罕地震四级,并指出抗震设计时可以选用设计地面运动加速度和场地特征周期作为设计参数。

Abstract:Traditional seismic fortification criterion can not control the damage and economic loss effectively.Ground motion parameters should be as the basis of seismic fortification in seismic design based on properties.The fortification grade is divided into common,accidental,infrequent and rare earthquake.And it is pointed out that the motion acceleration of design ground and characteristic period of site can be adopted as design parameters.
