钢轨核伤缺陷分析与质量改进探讨

摘    要:随着中国铁路高速重载的快速发展,对钢轨的质量要求也越来越高。对目前钢轨使用过程中凸显出来的核伤问题进行了分类介绍及产生原因的初步分析,并对在线使用后产生的核伤钢轨进行了取样解剖分析,根据具体分析结果提出了相应的质量改进措施。

Abstract:The quality of the steel rail is being needed to meet the development of railroad high speed and heavy load.The pit harm on steel rail was classificated to introduce and its cause was analysed primely.The pit harm samples from the steel rail used in-line were analysed.The correspond of quality improvement measure was put forward according to analysis result.
