长条型非球面反射镜轻量化及支撑结构优化研究

摘    要:针对轻型光学空间遥感器的长条型非球面反射镜,首先进行了轻量化研究,然后针对支撑结构的初步设计方案,采用有限元法进行了静力学分析和计算,以对镜面面型精度的影响为评价指标,进行了有效的多次迭代优化,最终确定了满足要求的支撑结构方案。

Abstract:Lightweight, high resolution, visible light space remoter with wide view field has been developed with miniaturization of satellite. First lightweight technical approaches are applied for The rectangular aspherical reflector used in lightweight remoter, then the static analysis of its supporting structure was made by means of FEM(Finite Element Method). The mirror is improved & its structure is selected to meet the WFE specification.
