| 摘 要： | 分析了现阶段我国准双曲面齿轮的磨齿工艺存在的问题，并从准双曲面齿轮的加工原理人手，提出了在格里森PHOENIX系列磨齿机上对准双曲面齿轮进行磨齿的工艺参数的计算。加工试验表明，采用该种方法计算的参数，适合我国汽车驱动桥准双曲面齿轮的磨齿加工，并能保证高质量、大批量的生产要求。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the existing problems with our country's hypoid gear grinding machines.Based On hypoid gear processing principle,a method for determining the technological parameters for grinding the hypoid gear on the Gleason PHOENIX series gear grinding machine.This method has been proved in practice to be suitable for grinding the hypoid gears on our country's automobile drive axles with high quality and batch. |
