摘    要:目的 对中华绒螯蟹 ( Eriocheir Sinensis)和长江华溪蟹 ( Sinopotamon Yangtsekiense Bott)的 4种组织 (鳃、肌肉、心脏、肝胰脏 )的乳酸脱氢酶 ( LDH)同工酶进行了分析比较 ,以期为两种蟹的种群结构的分析和品种的定向选育提供生化指标 .方法 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和 GDS-90 0 0凝胶成像系统分析 .结果与结论 LDH有组织和种属特异性 .LDH在中华绒螯蟹中显示 6条酶带 ,而长江华溪蟹的各组织器官的乳酸脱氢酶靠近正极的两条酶带较弱 ;两种蟹对应组织中的优势同工酶、迁移率都有相似和不同之处

Abstract:Aim This paper focuses on the Native-PAGE analysis of LDH isoenzyme in gill, muscle, heart and heapatopancrea of Eriocheir sinensis and Sinopotamon Yangtsekiense Bott to provide biochemical indexes to analyze the population genetic structures and breed planned species of system of the two species. Methods The method of Native-PAGE electrophore and the scanning system of GDS-9000 are adopted. Results and Conclusions LDH in Eriocheir sinensis presents six isoenzyme bands while the two isoenzy-me bands near to the positive and weaker than that of sinopotamon Yangtsekiense Bott. The favorable isoenzyme in the corresponding tissues of the two species has both similarities and differences between them.
