镁合金正交优化阳极氧化膜耐蚀性能研究

摘    要:采用正交设计,获得优化的AZ91D镁合金阳极氧化膜。通过SEM、XRD、极化曲线和浸泡试验方法分别研究了AZ91D镁合金阳极氧化膜的表面形貌、结构和成分,以及膜的耐蚀性。结果表明:镁合金阳极氧化膜具有多孔结构,孔径较小且分布均匀;阳极氧化膜主要由MgF2和Al2SiO5组成;阳极氧化膜击穿电位与腐蚀电位的差值ΔE值高达980mV;35℃下,在3 5%NaCl中性溶液中经48h浸泡,阳极氧化膜未出现明显的腐蚀痕迹。

Abstract:Orthogonal design was employed in tests to produce optimized anodizing coating of magnesium alloy.The anodizing surface film morphology,structure,element composition and corrosion resistance were studied by means of SEM,XRD,polarization curve and immersion experiments. Researches showed that surface anodizing coating of magnesium alloy had porous structure. The pores occured uniformly on the surface in very small diameter. The anodizing coating was comprised of MgF_2 and Al_2SiO_5. The difference ΔE between breach potential and self-corrosion potential was so high, even reached 980mV.No obvious corrosion pit appeared on the sample coating surface after immersed in 3.5% NaCl neutral solution past 48 hours under 35℃.
