油气管道导波检测仪激励信号源研制

摘    要:介绍了导波检测技术的原理及优点,分析了管道导波检测仪激励信号源的技术参数。在直接数字频率合成(DDS)技术的基础上,论述了如何应用DDS芯片AD9850、单片机以及高性能运算放大器设计导波检测仪激励信号源。试验结果表明,据此设计的管道导波检测仪信号源完全达到设计要求,具有良好的频率特性和相位特性,可作为高精度激励信号源并应用于实践。

Abstract:The principle and advantage of guided wave testing technology were introduced. Some analysis for parameters of incentive source has made,which was used in pipeline guided wave detector. On the basis of direct digital frequency synthesizer (DDS),it focused on the use of DDS chip AD9850,microcontroller and high performance operational amplifier to design an incentive source for guided wave detector. Result showed that the design completely met the requirements, and had excellent frequency and phase output. It could be used for high accurate incentive source in practice.
