摘    要:磁制冷技术是一种潜在具有紧凑、可靠、高效和环保特性的制冷方式。室温磁制冷是一种新兴具有广阔商业化前景的制冷技术,目前在美国、日本、加拿大、西班牙等国家都有相关的研究机构。介绍了一台自行研制的采用钆作为磁工质的室温区磁制冷样机。该样机的运行基于主动式磁回热循环(AMRCycle),采用氦气为传热流体。总质量约1.4kg平均直径小于1.4mm的钆粉平均的填充在两个往复运动进出磁场的回热器中。磁场由1.5T的NdFeB永磁铁提供。该样机结构简单紧凑,通过对工作参数的调节,样机在2.5MPa充气压力和0.62Hz工作频率下获得了10.7K的温跨。

Abstract:Magnetic refrigeration has potential advantagesof higher efficiency,greater reliability,andis more com-pact and environmental-safe .Roomtemperature magneticrefrigeration is considered to have hot commercialprospects and is currently researched worldwide . Thispaper introduces a magnetic refrigeration prototype oper-ated at roomtemperature . Based upon the Active Mag-netic Regenerator (AMR) cycle ,the prototype employedheliumas a heat transfer fluid.Particles of gadolinium,approximate 1 .4 kgin weight and 1 .4 mmin diameter ,were used as a magnetic refrigerant which moved recip-rocatively under an average ~1 .5 T magnetic field sup-plied by NdFeB permanent magnets . The prototype iscompact and a maximumtemperature span of 10 .7 Kisobtained at operating pressure of 2 .5 MPa and operatingfrequency of 0 .62 Hz .
