事故树模型在煤矿安全量化管理中的应用

摘    要:针对某些煤矿生产管理手段相对滞后、管理无法量化、控制无法程序化、不能从整体上有效地预防事故发生等问题,提出了一种基于事故树的煤矿安全量化管理系统的设计方案。该系统通过对涉及到煤矿安全的相关数据进行量化处理,利用事故树分析模型,实现煤矿所有地点的动态安全评估。多个煤矿的实际应用结果表明,该系统能够全面有效地推进煤矿安全管理的规范化、信息化、标准化,提升煤矿企业的安全管理水平。

Abstract:In view of problems that production management methods in some coal mines are lagging behind,management cannot be quantified,control cannot be programmed and management cannot be effective in preventing overall accidents,a design scheme of safety quantitative management system based on FAT model was proposed.The system makes data to be quantified which involves mine safety and uses FAT analysis model to realize dynamic security assessment of all locations of coal mine.The actual application in a number of coal mines showed that the system can effectively promote standardization and informatization of coal mine safety management and improve coal mine safety management level.
