高压SF6自能膨胀式断路器开断小容性电流的数值模拟与介质恢复强度分析

摘    要:用质量守恒方程、动量守恒方程和能量守恒方程以及Laplace方程分别描述了灭弧室内气流场和电场,用有限元方法数值模拟高压SF6自能膨胀式断路器开断小容性电流的过程,分析了其灭弧室内气流场和电场的变化规律,并根据流注理论,计算并分析了弧后介质恢复强度.结果表明,电场强度最高处位于静弧触头头部的表面附近,动静弧触头间的滞止区,使介质恢复强度上升;主喷口与喉部之间超声速流,使介质恢复强度下降.

Abstract:The gas flow field model is based on the equations of mass conservation, momentum conservation and energy conservation in the interru pter of an SF 6 auto-expansion circuit breaker The electric field in the int errupter is described by Laplace equation The simulating results of the gas fl ow field and the electric field during a small capactive current interruption, w hich are obtained by employing the finite element method, are analyzed The die lectric strength is calculated according to the streamer theory The maximum of electric field is close to the surface of fixed arcing contact The dielectric strength is increased because the stagnation region is formed between contacts The dielectric strength is decreasing because of the forming supersonic gas f low between the contacts
