摘    要:以高速电磁开关阀控制系统的关键技术为研究对象,采用了理论分析与试验研究相结合的方法,深入分析了制约提高电磁高速开关阀控制特性的原因,提出了一种适应供油压力变化的电磁高速开关阀自适应双电压法,提高了电磁高速开关阀对供油压力变化的适应性。构建了自适应双电压法和以DSP为核心的高速电磁开关阀控制系统,并进行了相应试验。试验验证了本系统对于适应供油口压力变化的高速电磁开关阀能有效实现控制。

Abstract:It study the key technology of high speed solenoid switch valve control system in this paper,Based on theory analysis and experimental study,Analysis theory of the constraints to improve the control characteristics of high-speed solenoid switch valve,Put forward dual-voltage method to adapt the pressure change of the fuel supply port high-speed solenoid switch valve,It improve the adaptability of the electromagnetic high-speed solenoid switch valve on the fuel supply pressure changes.This paper has built adaptive dual-voltage method and DSP as the core of high-speed solenoid switch valve control system,and carried out corresponding experiments.The experiment have proved that the control system can effectively control to improve the control performance of high-speed solenoid switch valve.
