一氯均三嗪-β-环糊精的合成及其在棉织物上的应用

摘    要:β-环糊精因具有亲水性外壁和疏水性空腔的锥形分子结构,可包合诸多化合物,在开发芳香、驱蚊、除臭、抗菌等功能性纺织品上具有广泛的应用。本文用三聚氯氰、β-环糊精和氢氧化钠为原料在水溶液中合成一氯均三嗪-β-环糊精,并将其接枝到棉织物上。实验结果表明:一氯均三嗪-β-环糊精合成工艺为:三聚氯氰与β-环糊精的摩尔比为3:1,反应体积80mL,反应时间9h;接枝工艺为:一氯均三嗪-β-环糊精浓度120g/L,碳酸钠浓度30g/L,焙烘温度150℃,时间5min。傅立叶红外光谱证明β-环糊精中成功接上一氯均三嗪取代基;碱性酚酞显色实验证明一氯均三嗪-β-环糊精成功接枝到织物上,且具有很高的水洗牢度。

Abstract:Since β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) hasn′t affinity with cotton fabrics and contains no reactive group,in order to graft the β-CD onto cotton fabrics,this article synthesized the monochlorotriazinyl-β-cyclodextrin(MCT-β-CD) from cyanuric chloride,β-CD and NaOH in aqueous solution and studied the grafting process.The synthesis process obtained was as follows: the mass ratio of cyanuric chloride to β-CD was 3∶1,volume of reaction solution was 80 mL,and reaction time was 9 hours;and the grafting process as follows: the mass concentration of MCT-β-CD and N2CO3 was 120 g/L,and 30 g/L,respectively,curing at 150 ℃ for 5 min.FT-IR confirmed that the cyanuric chloride reacted with β-CD;alkaline phenolphthalein experiment demonstrated that the β-CD successfully grafted onto cotton fabric and had high washing fastness.
