摘    要:针对缝制设备零部件装配误差导致其运动轨迹出现偏差,从而出现送布错位、缝料起皱和溜针等送料问题,提出了基于运动轨迹误差分析的送料性能评估方法。采用基于误差分析的特征提取方法提取各仿真模型和理想系统运动轨迹的误差特征指标,利用依赖于设计目标的客观赋值法分配权重,进行加权灰色关联模型关联度计算,构建了合理的运动轨迹误差特征指标体系和评价模型,并对某平缝机送料机构的运动轨迹进行了实例分析,依据其分析结果判别各装配误差模型相对理想系统的关联性,实现了送料性能优劣的评价,实例验证了所提方法的有效性和可行性。

Abstract:Since assembly errors can lead to deviation of motion trajectory of sewing machines,such problems like mistaken feeding,cloth puckering,and missing needle often occur.Therefore,an evaluation method of feeding performance based on error analysis of motion trajectory is proposed.The error feature indicators of simulation models and ideal system are extracted based on the feature extraction method of error analysis.Weight distribution is conducted by using the objective assignment which is dependent upon design goal,and correlation degree is calculated of the weighted grey correlation model.A reasonable motion trajectory feature index system and integrative evaluation model are built.Finally,the proposed method is applied to analyze the motion trajectory of the feed mechanism of lockstitch sewing machine as a practical example.The relationship between assembly model and ideal system is judged based on the result of analysis,and the evaluation of feeding performance is thus effected.The effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method is verified.
