| 摘 要： | 管端切斜测量是钢管外观尺寸检查的一项比较重要的内容。钢管管端扩径后呈轻微"喇叭"形,此时用直角尺测量出的管端切斜尺寸并不是实际值;检验台架不水平时用线锤法测量出的管端切斜尺寸也存在相同问题。分析计算证明,采用改进后的测量方法,则可以用直角尺或线锤测量出准确的钢管管端切斜尺寸。 |

| Abstract: | Measurement of squareness of the copped pipe end is regarded as a key item of steel pipe visual inspection. After being expanded, the end of the pipe is slightly＂belled＂. In this case, the pipe end squareness as measured with the steel square is not the actual value, neither the one as measured with the wire weigh method in the event that the inspection table is not quite horizontally leveled. Analytical calculation shows that thanks to the improved measurement method, the pipe end squreness can be precisely checked by either the steel square or the wire weight. |
