摘    要:以乙醚为萃取剂,正十七烷为内标物,采用气相色谱法测定了不同等级的烤烟和白肋烟烟叶、3种烤烟型卷烟、6种混合型卷烟,以及7种方式处理的同一白肋烟叶组中的烟碱、降烟碱、假木贼碱和新烟草碱的含量,发现降烟碱、假木贼碱和新烟草碱这3种微量生物碱总量因烟叶的类型、等级和处理方式及卷烟类型而异。该法的前处理过程简单,色谱分析时间较短,各生物碱的平均回收率在93 0%~100%之间,RSD均小于4%,是一种快速、简便、准确测定烟叶样品生物碱含量的方法。

Abstract:The alkaloids including nicotine, nornicotine, anabasine and anatabine in different grades of flue_cured tobacco and burley tobacco, three Virginia type cigarettes, six blended type cigarettes, and burley tobacco cured at seven different conditions were determined by gas chromatography using ether as an extractant and n_heptadecane as an internal standard. It was found that the total amount of nornicotine, anabasine and anatabine varied with the types, grades and processing methods of tobacco leaves and types of cigarettes. It is a rapid, simple and accurate method for alkaloids determining in tobacco leaves, particularly in sample preparation and the analysis time of gas chromatography. The average recovery of alkaloids was from 93.0% to 100%, and RSD was below 4%.
