摘    要:研制了一种新型的直动式电液伺服阀.伺服阀的驱动器由压电元件实现。该伺服阀采用电反馈原理.利用位移传感器将位置信号反馈给伺服放大器.与伺服阀的压电驱动器形成一个闭环位置系统.提高了伺服阀的动静态性能。该文对伺服阀样机的静态特性进行了测试,分析了特性曲线上所表征的性能指标及其影响因素;依据实验曲线获得静态特性参数,与北京机床研究所生产的QDY-D40型电磁驱动直动式电液伺服阀进行比较.指出了该阀的优点和不足,并提出改进方法。

Abstract:We design direct-driving electro-hydraulic servo-valve which is droven by piezoelectric components. A closing-loop controlling system is composed of a measuring displacement sensor used to feedback the displacement signals to servo-amplifier and the piezoelectric driver, which improved the dynamic and static states capability of the servo-valves. The static state nature of the servo-valve is measured, the capability parameters from nature curves and its affecting factors are analyzed. The static state capability parameters of the servo-valve are compared with those of the one(the model is QDY-D40) which is made by Beijing machine tool research institute. Besides the strongpoint, the deficiency is pointed out too. Furthermore, some ways to improve the capability of the valve are given.
