| Abstract: | In order to meet the need of the talented in knowledge economy environment, higher education reform must be carried out. Without creation, the development of higher education will slow down. This thesis analyzes the connotation of psychological creation of higher education, the relationship between the psychological creation of higher education and the cultivation of the talented and the basis of psychological creation of higher education. Then a feasible approach to psychological creation of higher education is put forth. |
