摘    要:本文的工作是合成一种新的第三单体:以无水哌嗪和对硝基苯甲酰氯为原料,通过缩合反应得到的产物再经氯化亚锡还原制得P,P-二氨基苯甲酰哌嗪;并以其为第三单体与对苯二胺、对苯二酰氯进行三元共缩投聚反应,得到改性聚对苯二甲酸对苯二胺(PPTA);本文还对第三单体及共聚体的结构、性能进行了分析.实验结果表明:单体的合成路线是可行的,含量<1O%的三元共聚体的特性粘度、耐热性与PP-TA相近,溶解性能优于PPTA,共聚纤维的耐疲劳性也优于芳纶1414.

A NEW THIRD COMONOMER-P,P'-DIAMINOBENZOYL PIPERAZINE USED IN MODIFICATION OF PPTA
Abstract:This article introduces the synthesis of a new type third comonomer to modify PPTA. In this method ,anhydrous piperazine and dinitrobenzoyl are used as raw material. The product obtained by condensation is reduced by SnCl2 to make p,p' - diaminobenzoyl piperazine which then is put into ter-copolymerization. Finally the structure and nature of the third comonomer and terpolymers are analysed. The results show the synthesis method is convenient. The inherent viscosity and heat stability of terpolymers containing the third comonomer less than 10% are similar to PPTA but the dissolvability is improved and the fatigue resistance of terpolymer fiber is better than that of PPTA fiber.
