| 摘 要： | 在近10年调查、观察的基础上,对城市规划管理信息系统所服务的业务、所依托的主要技术、开发的基本过程、成本控制和风险防范等问题进行深入讨论,为初次建设信息系统或老系统升级、改造的规划管理机构,以及承担系统开发、技术咨询的企业提供经验和教训。
