摘    要:采用三路进气20L球试验装置模拟油气爆炸过程,分析点火方式、点火延时、点火长延时以及超细干粉等对油气爆炸压力的影响。点火方式对油气环境最大爆炸压力的影响相对较小,点火延时对油气爆炸测试结果影响较大。以油气最大爆炸压力为基准进行超细干粉抑爆试验。抑爆粉体本身粒度及抑爆性能是决定其抑爆能力的关键因素。随着测试粉体浓度的增加,爆炸感应期相对滞后,抑爆效果变化不明显。

Abstract:The oil explosion process was tested by a 20-liter apparatus with three gas routes,and the influential trends of explosion pressure for oil-gas mixture were analyzed include the ignition method,ignition delay time,long ignition delay time and ultra dust.The ignition method influenced the max explosion pressure a little and the ignition delay time influenced the max explosion pressure a lot.The explosion suppression experiment was done at the max explosion pressure.The granularity and explosion suppression performance of powder was the key factor to affect the capability of explosion suppression.The explosion induction period was delayed with the rise of powder concentration,but the explosion suppression performance did not change a lot.
