| 摘 要： | 生产工艺与焊接工艺对结构件的生产及组装质量有着不可忽视的作用,本文就金属结构件组装过程中焊接应力、焊接变形等影响因素进行了分析,并提出了相应的控制及矫正措施,有效改善了金属结构件因焊接应力而造成的焊接变形。

| Abstract: | The role of production technology and welding technology in the production and assembly quality cannot be ignored, welding stresses, various welding deformation factors are analyzed in metal structure parts assembly process, the corresponding control and corrective measures effectively are improved welding deformation which is caused by the welding shrinkage. |
