摘    要:针对磨机筒体环缝、纵缝的焊接,主要采用埋弧焊,焊缝表面容易产生大量麻点、气孔等缺陷。通过详细分析,发现焊丝到最高点初始偏移量不合适是这种外表缺陷生成的主要原因,并找出了解决的方法和优化措施,经生产实践证明,对策可行。

The Mill Cylinder Body Submerged Arc Weld Surface Defect Cause Analysis and Countermeasure

Abstract:The submerged arc welding is aimed at the mill barrel girth and longitudinal seams, however causing a lot of pitted and stoma defects on the welding seams surface. After detailed analysis, the main causes is due to the highest level initial offset doesn't fit the appearance of the defects formation, and finding out the solution methods and optimization measures. The production practice proves that it's a feasible countermeasure.
