合成氨装置原料路线改造工艺方案的选择

摘    要:对以渣油为原料的合成氨装置原料路线的改造,提出了“油改气”和“油改煤”2套方案。分别从工艺选择、净化、硫回收、CO2回收、变换、精制等方面进行了工艺路线优化比较和经济效益分析,介绍了原装置中需要改造、增加和停用的项目,指出了各改造方案实施的优缺点。

Abstract:Author has presented two sets of schemes ("oil to gas" and "oil to coal") for the reformation of raw material line in ammonia synthesis plant in which the residual oil was used as raw material; has made a comparison on optimization of process line and an analysis of the economic benefit individually from the aspects of process selection, purification, sulfur recovery, CO 2 recovery, shifting and refining etc; has introduced the items to be reformed, added and stopped to use in the original plant; indicated the advantages and the shortages for executing the individual reformation scheme.
