| Abstract: | Training and improvement of students' way of thinking and capability should be emphasized in enterprise management's quality cultivation. Trainee's cognition features and their relations to function, mode and implementation features of teaching method should be clarified. To guarantee training effect, interactive and discussing teaching methods should be emphasized and probing into teaching method of study type and modern teaching method should be combined. |
