基于激光位移传感器的焊缝自动跟踪系统

摘    要:为解决国内大型焊接系统中存在的实时性差和误差大等问题,提高焊接效率,对大型焊接中两块平整的钢板垂直放置时所形成的处于直角顶角处焊缝的焊接跟踪方法进行研究,提出采用立体空间定位的方法对焊缝进行实时跟踪。用两只激光位移传感器采集焊缝方向上的位移,根据运算结果驱动两台步进电机调整位移差,达到焊缝实时跟踪的效果。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of real-time performance and big error in the lange work-piece weld- ing industrg, a research is carded out for seam tracking, which is formed by two flat steel placed vertically. The welding seam is at right angles of the top comers. The three-dimensional spatial orientation method is used for real-time tracking of the welding seam. Two laser displacement sensors and two stepper motors are used. The displacement in the welding seam direction is collected by sensors. According to the results of the operation, the displacement of two stepper motors is adjusted to achieve the effect of real-time tracking of the welding seam.
