摘    要:建立某集中驱动式纯电动车动力总成系统的动态有限元模型,对作用于动力总成的各种激励进行分析和数值模拟。机械激励部分考虑齿轮传动系统的时变刚度、误差激励和齿轮冲击力,电磁激励部分通过永磁同步电机2D有限元电磁仿真得到作用于定子上的径向和切向电磁力波。将各类激励施加于动力总成箱体并进行动态响应求解,通过消声室整车试验验证仿真结果的准确性。结果表明,将动力总成视为整体、综合考虑各类激励的仿真方法能较好的预测电动车动力总成的振动特性。

Abstract:Dynamic finite element model of a Central-driven Electric Automotive Powertrain is established. Different excitations are mentioned and given the numerical simulation. The time-varying gear stiffness,error and impact excitation are considered and calculated. The electro-magnetic forces act on the stator including radical forces and tangential forces are obtained by 2D electro-magnetic simulation. The dynamic response analysis of the shell of the power train is carried out under these excitations. Experimental results confirm the accuracy of the simulation methods. Results show that the consideration of whole powertrain and various type of incentives, can better predict the vibration characteristics of the electric vehicle powertrain.
