| 摘 要： | 新型固定阀悬挂降液管塔板是一种新型大通量高效DJ塔板。该塔板具有结构简单、处理能力大、传质效率 高、抗堵性能好的特点。应用于工业生产,替代原浮阀塔板,可以实现30％以上的扩能要求,并解决由于物料中含有 固定颗粒而发生塔板堵塞的问题。新型固定阀悬挂降液塔板是一种性价比优异的新型塔板,工业应用效果好。

| Abstract: | Structure and operating performance of new fixed valve tray with suspending downcomer (DJ - 5 tray) was introduced. DJ - 5 tray has characteristics of simple structure,large capacity,high separation efficiency and good in anti - choking. In commercial applications, flux could be increased by over 30% when DJ - 5 tray replaced valve tray on one to one base. Especially, the problem of column choking was solved when feed contained solid. DJ - 5 tray is a kind of tray with excellent performance. |
