摘    要:用熔铸法制备Al-Ti-C中间合金,通过实验从热力学、保温时间、搅拌方式等三方面分析了用熔铸法制备Al-Ti-C中间合金的工艺参数,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱(EDS)等分析Al-Ti-C中间合金的第二相组成及微观形貌,进一步确证了参数选择的可行性、合理性.

Abstract:Al-Ti-C master alloy was prepared by mix-melting method, and the following parameters were discussed: thermodynamics, heat preservation, and stirring means. The second phases and mierostructure of Al-Ti-C master alloy were analyzed with SEM and EDS, its results confirm the feasibility and reasonability of the process parameters.
