渣油对20^#钢的腐蚀分析

摘    要:采用便携式瞬时腐蚀速度测量仪,分别在渣油静止和流动条件下,测定渣油对钢的年腐蚀速率;改变渣油中环烷酸含量后,分别测定渣油在静止和流动时的年腐蚀速率,并进行比较。结果表明,渣油静止时腐蚀速率较低,渣油流速越大腐蚀速度越大;渣油中环烷酸含量越大腐蚀速度越大。

Abstract:Annual corrosion rates of 20# steel in stationary residual oil or flowing residual oil were respectively determined by a portable corrosion rate meter.After changing naphthenic acid content in residual oil,annual corrosion rates of 20# steel in stationary residual oil or flowing residual oil were again determined and compared with their original data.The results show that corrosion rate of 20# steel in stationary residual oil is lower than that in flowing residual oil.In flowing residual oil,the digger flow velocity is,the bigger corrosion rate of 20# steel is.The higher naphthenic acid content in residual oil is,the bigger corrosion rate of 20# steel is.
