摘    要:导弹天线罩CNC修磨机床属于大型薄壁复杂三维曲面硬脆材料磨床,用于半精加工后的导弹天线罩内廓形修磨加工,保证天线罩电厚度指标达到设计要求。根据修磨机床的使用要求,遵循用户界面的设计原则和思想,设计了导弹天线罩CNC修磨机床用户界面。按不同模块的需求用Visual Basic和VisualC 混合编程,组成人机界面窗口。在屏幕上显示出天线罩测量加工的状态信息、修磨机床的各轴坐标、运行中的数控G代码文件等,并于内部封装了对其他系统模块的调用。在实际的天线罩修磨加工中通过了检验。

Abstract:The radome CNC Grinding Machine is a special machine tool for grinding a large-scale thin-wall component with complicated 3-D surface of revolution,made of a hard and brittle material. It is used to finish machining of the inner surface of the semi-finished radome to ensure the precision of its electric thickness. According to the functional requirement of the CNC grinding machine and the design principle of the user interface, the design and application of a user interface for the special CNC grinding machine of the missile radome is presented in this paper.The MMI (man machine interface) is composed of two interfaces,one interface is programmed in Visual Basic and the other, in Visual C++. The measuring or machining status, the help information, the coordinates of each axis and the executed G code file are all displayed on the screen. and a lot of system modules are encapsulated in the software. The grinding test shows that the user interface is user-friendly, easy in operation and complete in function.
