组合变极调速在油田注水泵站中的应用

摘    要:在油田注水泵站,柱塞泵也是常用的一种注水泵.为了满足注水工况要求,采用变频调速的方法比较多.但也有恒速驱动的情况,恒速驱动时通常采用打回流的方式来调节配注量,这样就造成了电能的浪费.为了解决这个问题,本文针对柱塞泵的特点,提出了组合变极调速的方法.这种方法调节的平滑性不如变频调速,但在可靠性、实用性和成本上都优于变频调速.在大多数情况下,该方法既满足注水压力的要求,又可以避变频器谐波对电网造成的污染,同时也达到了节能的目的.该方法在油田进行了几个注水站的实验,取得了比较好的节能效果.

Abstract:Plunger pumps are commonly used at pumping stations in oil fields, and frequency converter is applied to meet the volume variation for water injection. There are also constant speed drive motors being used. While constant speed drive motor works, water injection volume is adjusted by the way of reflux. That makes energy waste. This paper presents a combined pole-changing adjustable-speed method according to the characteristics of plunger pump. Experiment shows that this technique is more reliable, practical than frequency converter with low cost, though with less smoothness. It can both meet the demand of water injection pressure and avoid pollution to power net made by frequency converter. It can at the same time satisfy the goal of saving energy. It has been effectively carried out at several pumping stations in East-Hebei Oil Field.
