| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱内标法,以乙腈和PH值3.0的磷酸水溶液(体积比60:40)为流动相,邻苯二甲酸二乙酯为内标物,使用Nowa-Pak C18不锈钢柱在245 nm波长下对试样中甲基磺草酮含量进行液相色谱分离和定量分析.结果表明甲基磺草酮的线性相关系数为0.999 8,标准偏差为0.032,变异系数为0.29%,回收率为99.74%.

| Abstract: | Quantitative analysis of mesotrione was conducted by HPLC using a Nowa-Pak C18 column, acetonitrile and water solution of phosphoric acid (pH=3) (60:40, by vol) as the mobile phase, diethyl-phthalate as internal standard and UV detector at 245 nm. The results showed that the linear coefficient was 0.999 8. The standard deviation was 0.032, the coefficient of variation was 0.29%, the average recovery was 99.74%. |
